Overview
Megan’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including aviation, products liability, covenants not to compete, manufacturer and supplier disputes, construction, employment, arbitration, government, and natural resources. Megan has litigated in several forums, including state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings. Megan protects and advances her clients’ business and organizational interests in litigation and to reach an efficient and advantageous result.
