Overview
Ryan is a trial lawyer whose practice is devoted to representing businesses and individuals in complex civil and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings. Ryan has extensive experience in a wide variety of litigation matters ranging from two-party disputes to multijurisdictional class actions. Ryan’s practice focuses on corporate and partnership disputes, noncompete/nonsolicitation litigation, contract disputes, business torts, securities litigation, fiduciary duty, fraud, trade secrets, and unfair competition.
