Overview
Claire Dossier’s practice focuses on commercial transactions and litigation. She represents her business and individual clients in everything from contract review, to pursuing their rights in court, to collecting upon their judgments. Claire has resolved cases for clients across the country in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. She has also assisted clients with software licensing, real estate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions in various Western states. Claire is licensed in Colorado, Nevada, and California, and has been repeatedly recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyer “Rising Star.”
Claire is also devoted to children’s advocacy in her Denver, Colorado community. She has volunteered as a pro bono Guardian ad Litem with the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center since 2012. In addition, she currently serves as a Guardian ad Litem for Colorado’s Office of the Child’s Representative. As a Guardian ad Litem, Claire represents the bests interests of children in the legal system.
